Thank you @tyme - glad to have found this safe space. I am yet to be proud of my BPD, or rather thats how i feel right now anyway lol. I will definitely check out this link. Thank you for sharing.

Look. I'm not saying it was an easy journey, but I can say I've learnt to embrace my BPD. @BPDnADH-she

I think I'm a much better person since having BPD. I've certainly learnt a lot.

That is fabulous @tyme 🙂 I hope to get to that place one day too. I think its time for me to look into proper therapy and courses because living like this is getting unbearable
