Warm here too. Just finished painting the shelves for Clover. I will do one more coat before I put the smaller one up then wait to see if Clover actually uses it. I may have to put her up there first so she knows it is there.

Watching a movie whilst waiting for the sun to move. I want to sand some of my art trolley but it is in full sun and too warm right now. Give it another couple of hours and it will be cooler in the shadows.

Finished Clover's shelves and put her up on the top @ArraDreaming - she jumped straight off. I will try again tomorrow - she just needs to realise it is there and she is allowed up there.

I didn't do any sanding though - slept instead. Watching the basketball then heading to bed.

How did the car go?

My son keeps calling and it is driving me crazy. I am trying to breath and rest. He has BPD and just found put he was accepted for NDIS but they don't want to assist him with accommodation which is what he wants. It doesn't make sense. I want him to get on with his life and I am trying to set boundaries. I rang SANE at 7pm but couldn't get through. They now close at 8pm not 10 pm. It is a great place to discuss issues and get some validation.

I have BPD. I can relate to what you mean by your son calling you.

I hope you find space for yourself. Would setting some boundaries around phone calls help? For example, you let him know that you can't answer all the time, and when you do speak to him, you can only speak for a certain amount of time?

It's important you look after yourself.
