Most of them annoy me too much I would actually just prefer I didn’t see them at all but I worry about him

That's so understandable @ArraDreaming . They will always be your family. I can see why you would be worried.
Yet by you just doing what you are doing, you may be indirectly helping them already. I'm sure they look up to you as the only one who is stable.
They must be so proud of you. As MrsJ said, your sister will come to you when she is ready.
