Does anyone want to talk

does anyone want to talk
havent felt like I needed to escape to my garage as often lately after stating new job
but need a few mins quiet tonight
just worried about things I tried to talk to Mrs j about it but I was getting frustrated because I picked the wrong time and every time we went to talk someone needed us and that was my fault so it’s stupid getting frustrated about kids just doing what they do but now i just needed to get out for a few minutes everyone was screaming and I started to get really overwhelmed with the noise
I don’t know why cause I haven’t felt overstimulated and overwhelmed in my house like that as much as I used to
maybe cause there is a few things I am worried about it just made it worse
We might be able to talk about it later

I should be really happy cause I sold my car tonight and I finished the 2nd week at my new job which I really enjoy
And I am really happy
But I don’t know why I’m thinking so much

I'm here if it helps. It sounds like your concerns are very real and very valid.

When i close my eyes and think about all that noise and stimulation, I notice my breathing is much shallower.... I then have to remind myself to take DEEP BREATHS.

Good on you for selling your car. Good on you for completing your 2nd week at work. So proud of you.

Worried? About yourself, Mrs J? The kids? Your job?

All of that and my siblings and my sister and her baby @tyme

and my little brother @tyme

I hear you care for them so much @ArraDreaming .

However, at this point, is there anything you can do tonight to 'help' them? Would you consider putting some of these thoughts down on paper so you can 'put them to bed'?

well I don’t know where my little brother is and if he is ok @tyme are people looking after him properly?
and my sister is just a mess what’s going to happen to her and the baby I know she’s a grown adult and I’m trying to stay out of her way and not get involved unless she asks me to because that’s what mrsj suggested she said if she wants help she will ask for it and when she needs to figure things out herself sometimes

I have always looked after them of course I worry and I want to help them
