yea doing my shorter one most days @Bunniekins did longer one that should really be doing all the time yest and some plank workout off youtube yest really did for me. Woke up sore during night
not much luck with scratchies either, got more this year than rest of life put together think. newagent ran out of fave ones, may go to IGA and get more today, they still had the good ones lol
