@Bunniekins that happened to me when I was first diagnosed, sleep all day and up at night. But then I started working and got out of the habit. Now I try to get balance of rest and activity.

@Meowmy I really admire you working like you do and looking after your mum. I am along way off working and infact pdoc says work is not for me. The whole thing is so stressful it brings my anxiety level through the roof. *Sigh* I have so many issues I hide behind a veneer of cheerfullness lol oh well what can you do but smile and be happy becauase I hate bringing others down is the truth.

I have to get son2 ready for bed. See you tomorrow. Love peaxxx
