@Cuddlebear Sending gentle hugs. I hear you that the so called 'services' are not always helpful. Reaching out is important, but it matters that there is some empathy and understanding when we do reach out. Communities matter rather than impersonal massive systems on automatic. I am also careful not to be a burden and try to carry my weight, like I know you do.

I have been struggling too lately, but coming through a low traumatised time.

Jumping too quickly to "recovery" can be unhelpful. The whole concept is meant to be a shift away from the permanency of a diagnosis, towards a sense of hope, but it often requires that a person feels fully seen, rather than be a restriction on personal expression.

yeah was a stage when thought what a waste re course okay full time 9 months ok 1 day a week face to face and tons of homework like days worth

@TAB I'm glad you didn't get a horrible job, definitely very lucky there. There's nothing worse than being ghosted, I'm dealing with that from psychology places at the moment while I'm trying to get support.

It's been hard work to get to this point, but things can only get better right? Gotta find those positives as best we can ☺️
