@Taali Yes it’s very hard. I keep it all insude of me cause I don’t want to bother people here. I’ve really been ley down by services. I’m gutted. I realise everyone here is going through things and really don’t want to burden people.

After spending almost two months in psychiatric care and still feeling like nothing has changed, I can understand how exhausting and disheartening that must be. Facing these thoughts and the trauma you've experienced while feeling alone at home sounds incredibly hard.

You are not worthless, and you do have value, even if it's difficult to feel that right now. You deserve to be heard, understood and supported through this, rather than having to keep fighting everything on your own.

@Nala2022 I have already tried Lifeline and didn’t have a good experience. They told me to breathe and gave me links to places out of my region or places I can’t access. Listen well only have a phone service Monday to Friday and I’m deaf so can’t use a phone to call anyway.

I know I deserve those things logically but I don’t feel it. I’m safe. I’m trying to be safe.

sounds good @Meowmy showers here as in rain. Need to turn brain off lol.keep thinking about things to do with $ when get paid, like around house. Should take a few deep breaths and take in whats going on re Job. like re read email that said I have job and log into pay system to see my job title ,ha. Got no classes monday and tues, maybe could do some training for computer if someone organised it.

I hear you when you say you know you deserve support logically, but can't feel it right now. Sometimes those feelings are much harder to shift, even when we know something to be true. I'm glad you're trying to keep yourself safe, and you don't have to work through everything all at once. I'm also glad you're staying connected here, we're all here for you 💛
