oh you too? what a pain hey? Something in particular? Or just one of those days? i do hope you pick up a little. i said a prayer for you to still also find good or worthwhile where you are right now.

It has been hard going for me too. Our foster daughter has been good keeping my mind of it. We even had some laughs about old times, but i'm not really feeling all that well today either. The nausea has been the worst. It has not been as bad as in the beginning of the week but is still crippling at times. Especially when i first get up at night. Then it is worst. on an empty stomach. Yet food can settle it or flare it - a real pain.

There must be something in the air, planets, stars, atmosphere or anything even (I don't know what it is) but it seems to be fvcking with a lot of us!
