last room at had a good iron, but wrong cover on ironing board, so had to do some bits more than once as hard to get it flat if shirt hung flat dont care but shirts given synthetic seem , have to be dried in shade. I dont have a line in shade @StuF so a 'bubbly' not flat

when my brother lived in Medowie could see the lawn growing lol @Bunniekins even there is like tropics compared to SA lol

@TAB my son has a backyard which is semi tropical the birds all sound like veloceraptors and it even came with its own brush turkey. do you have those tropical invasive minor birds where you are? i know they are a pest but i love their song reminds me of when i went to fiji as a child.

no. when lived in city years ago had looney Ibis walk up path at units making horrible noise first thing in morning once . @Bunniekins

Yes we had the same issue i live yesterday but today has been much better. Not warm, and windy but Sunny and that makes a difference.

i've been struggling all morning with nausea bad at times. A lot anxiety but mood wise not so down as i have been lately, so that is good.

Still yapping with our ex foster daughter. She has been doing really well, and has been progressing fast. We have had deep and meaningful conversations about our past trauma lived. She has been opening up a lot. Also about one of her abusers, whom i know as well, and the power he had to harm those under his authority.

However she has been having painful issue with outside support she had been relying on her personal issues. This support net work she has used extensively over the last 4 years, but now is not proving to be supportive any longer. For this person wants her to go into a direction she does not want to go back to. i told her if this person is holding you back rather than giving support to your (healthy) decisions. Decisions that the rest of your team is supportive of and you really want to do, ask for someone else.

However that proved to the reason she had been stressing the person involved was the C.E.O of the support group. So she felt it would be difficult to get past or be assigned to someone else than this person. She is still in a bind there, but she has strengthen her resolve and has taken lots of actions into the direction she had chosen.

Thanks @DownMoreThanUp I am actually really struggling. Emotional, stress and neck flare up. Cancelled today's plans which meant a drive across town. Nervous system overactivated. Taken extra meds
