Run off my feet today then decided to get tooth fixed. Cut a few corners today some not intentionally. Resting. @Meowmy @StuF crown fell off front tooth last night.went to emergency dentist,put it back on. Left work early.

I havent been consistent with treating my chakras ever since thyroid problems @StuF if it works I'll be happy. Thyroid caused my routine to be thrown off. It was a nightmare. I may switch and do alternate nostril breathing at night to calm my overthinking mind and stabilise my nervous system. Theres a guided video I like practicing with so we'll see how I go tonight
