@StuF Just giving my chakras a fine tune with Maitreya Fields frequencies off you tube. Feeling like crap today. I went to sleep the last couple of nights but woke up in the middle of the night on both occasions

@StuF just been doing some chakra healing this afternoon. Feeling like the energy is flowing a lot better through these energy centres. Must have had blockages. Wondered if my pineal had re-calcified and crown chakra was really blocked contributing to insomnia.
