Just take the day gently @Taali I know youre afraid of revealing your true self with your symptoms causing you hardship at the moment. You dont need to be everything to everyone just have some good Taali respite. To be honest in years gone by I never showed weakness as I was surrounded by narcissists, but these days I just be me. Some people can be so cruel to the mentally ill. These days just get on with my life and make myself a priority and distance myself from narcissists who try and take advantage of people and abuse them
