Got a good 7 hours sleep last night by wearing my Trivortex pendant and flushing my triplewarmer meridian. The meridian is the fight or flight meridian and gets activated when we have situations involving fear or panic. My insomnia got really bad and at night I'd stay awake panicking over another sleepless night.

I learned this from an Integrative Medical Center which involves flushing your triple warmer meridian. To be honest I did not think much of it reading it but I knew integrative medicine is top tier medical care which the average person cant afford and decided to give it a try because they put it up on their website for free. They say many sleeping problems can be fixed by making small minor adjustments

After a few minutes of trying it I felt like I was sinking into a beautiful deep state of unperturbed equaniminity and peace. I was able to get off to sleep very easily after several years of disrupted sleep. Just was grateful to feel intensely calm and able to be lulled into a gentle slumber with no anxiety or panic.

I also learned the triple warmer meridian also steals energy from all the other meridians affecting your health. Fight or flight consumes a lot of energy if the meridian is not balanced. So I got my cool as a cucumber meridian working for me not against me. During the day I do it and I feel calm as anything. I think if they dropped a nuclear bomb I'd still be standing.
