$300? @Taali commbank used to have payday lending,ie could have $1500 overdraft on atm account. I remember feeling sick getting no pay as it was always paid in full as soon as other money hit account . hated it. couldnt pay a bit off, if owed $500 and $500 went in, they would pay themselves and you have to borrow again to live on ..

@Taali I'm in the south east, gateway to where the epicenter was. I try not to spend but its pretty tough on a pension. Yes I do get a trust allowance on my disability trust but have had to really cut back with this vedic astrology Moon Bhukti that said I could just barely cover expenditure until September next year

@Appleblossom we've had a few earthquakes out this way in the past 10 or more years. I had a facebook friend who was a building inspector so it came in handy. He told me what to do to inspect my house after a quake.
