I have gone back to my original health audios I downloaded several years ago off Patreon from Sapien Medicine and its really working with my kidneys and bladder. I was using ones that were uploaded for posterity after the old youtube account got hacked. Those audios werent working but these do! Fingers crossed I wont be waking up in the middle of the night to pee in future. Ive gone from 45 minute frequency to 3 hour frequency. I'm also doing medical qigong so will have strong kidneys and bladder. YAY! Go me!
