still more than a couple weeks til work again due to school hols and them having to work out what to do with me @Taali
not grumpy, takes energy. thing tea, shower, coffee in that order re gut.couldnt do coffee straightup this morning.

Had flooding in the bathroom to clean up. My bad. Trying to turn water off from old washing machine. Son helped clean it up. At least it wasn't a disaster. lol Gotta clean floor now. lol

Sounds like lack of sleep is a very common theme for many of us here. It really sucks 😞
On a happier note, Hannah 🐕🦺 and I have our weekly hydrotherapy this morning, which we both enjoy. And it's something I need to keep up with since my spinal surgeries (fusion) a few years back. We also do Pilates on Fridays.
And yesterday I finally took the plunge and had an appointment with my new GP for a new MHCP. My previous GP who Id seen since moving here in 2009 decided to retire in July 😟. It was difficult, but he seems pretty good. Happy with my previous GPs recommendation.
Anyway, gotta go. Have a great day all. 💕

hoses or valves common prob with washing machines @Appleblossom , usually thick rubber washer inside where it screws onto tap is worn. assuming you have threaded taps.

Big fat cat brought a mouse inside like 0130am . Kitten nicked it and growled possessively as at least semi-wild cats do. Cat was thrown, he wouldnt know how to growl . he can only hiss
kitten played with it til after it died while big cat tried to pretend nothing happening but sitting right next to them. not sure who ate it. I went back to bed.
