@Meowmy @StuF just got home. new record benchpress, ha. physio reminded me I was tryingto beat fit young guy ok 1/3rd my age and 1/3rd size but yeah, old guy feeling threatened ha ha lol am well over half way already.
ok am 61% of 1 rep goal , but did 8 reps ..

Thats good @TAB! My house is a mess again. Will do some housework tomorrow. Did my medical qigong for my kidneys today. It should strengthen my kidney function. Youre doing really well with your physical fitness! Well done. I'm not taking on anyone younger than me lol!!! But good on you

I bought a beautiful winter coat end of season for my birthday, well it kind of arrived today. Got held up in the post for two weeks. It was also at a good price! Keep looking at my messy house. Looks like Hiroshima. I think @StuF is still at work or relaxing after work

@TAB well we are all getting there. I'm still hovering around the same digit on the scales. Got to do Zenchi every day, it helps me trim down. Yes house is a mess here too. I'll just pretend not to notice the state its in right now but tomorrow is housecleaning
