Yeah @ENKELI I tend to agree, we have to separate the entire group from the bad actions of a few. I'm grateful to nuns, but others get cranky about them. Its necessary to 'sift the chaff', in lots of contexts. There are also heaps of issues in the secular world. Everybody has different experiences.

Just learned new medical qigong exercise for improved kidney function if you have nocturia, lower back pain knee and heel problems. Going to give it a try. Keep waking up in the middle of the night to pee. Apparently it works

@TAB dang there goes the weather again. Another incoming summer. Its warm here but not hot. Up to 23 degrees tomorrow. I've just been out the back doing my sun meditation. I feel better for it. Got acupuncture this afternoon. Have been analysing this venus retrograde since yesterday. Ordered some more barley grass for my heavy metal detox smoothies from Vimergy. Still doing clearing of childhood programs and conditioning every day. Doing my violet flame decree for getting rid of improperly expressed energy outlined in my daily readings from my book on philosophy.
