Its utterly disgraceful @SmilingGecko I am traumatised watching my loved ones suffer the psych systems violations all my life. Yes, its still going on. Right now. No they dont have a groovy new break through. Their patience, insight and rapport building skills are poor. The level of power imbalance, coercion and control is massive without any added security guard or police provocations. I cant say too much, but my heart screams out for all damaged by the psych system.

Yep my thoughts exactly @Appleblossom its so much better to stay at home and get treated in the community and talking online with your peers. I have had a similar experience, it certainly has not been rosy. The Royal Commission was a total waste of time. Nothing good came of it. Even with psychiatrists that speak out you can still sense a power imbalance and insincerity with survivors they interview on their podcasts. We are not stupid. I find it disappointing. I hope one day you and your family can find closure for the acts and omissions done to you in the name of care!

I wish I had more strength but am working on it @Taali Let me know how you go with the pendant! If it eliminates your neck pain then that is a win, if it enables you to drift off to sleep thats another win but I can honestly say I feel better with it. Years ago they put out a DVD on Trivortex and how it mimics nature, with a fibonacci sequence using sound and vibration encoded in the device as far as I can remember. Well should be interesting to see how it all goes for you. Hopefully you can save some money in the longterm with no acupuncture required.

I personally have only had 1 bad psych and was lucky because I could just stop seeing him.

@TAB hey tabby, okay here. Listening to sermon on raising kids lovingly. Hope @StuF is okay. We are staying by a lake. It's breezy and misty. Very pleasant and calm. The camp people are nice.

Ok sounds good. Day 2 no drinking. Need to get back to some sort of reality. Yest wanted sleep. Today can't stop sleeping . Think go for a drive tomorrow. Cats out playing. Think full moon @Meowmy
