Tried to do a kwik search but google could not find the concept without me really tweaking the search ... it has gone really hard core science and only Universe refferences came up.... yeah man ... I already did all the hard core physics and geology stuff in the 70s and 80s ... Geez Mr Google! You are losing the plot! @TAB I'm not having luck with Vit B12 supp, its caused insomnia in the past. Found myself buying a months supply of meat again, was hoping to go vegan but need B12. They say to lower the amount of B12 drops for tolerance. I eliminated B12 drops weeks ago. Will try again. Have been portioning meat for freezer this morning. Got it done quickly. I buy organic mince, its the cheapest cut of meat, does not cost much per serve, about all I can realistically afford after scanning the prices of shanks, cutlets and rump etc. Have heard families are skipping meals with cost of living crisis I'm just glad I have food on the table. Its really bad economic conditions out there. Makes you wonder how families survive. Have been checking out a lady in the USA on youtube that does ghetto dinners for her 6 kids. Its all from Wallmart and Dollar Tree.

I used to just ask for vitamin shots at Gps and they would give them then went to WA and they basically refused to do it they did blood tests for vitamins , said levels normal .

ok b12 was low once.

was admitted to hosp here couple years ago. My GP at the time sent me there cos in fibrillation. had to stay overnight. due to my alcohol history gave me b1 injection and muscle relaxant. I was impressed. never happened since then tho @SmilingGecko 

Im scared to go for VitB12 shot and have extended insomnia. Will just eat meat @TAB My body is very sensitive after harsh psychiatric treatments. Wish I never took a depot psych injection - it ruined my health and my life. Was an invalid for 8 years on it. Had to try and rebuild my body - have done that but constitution is still weak
