They have a sale on $70 I think it was @Taali I was going crazy without sleep https://www.trivortex.com.au
But just recently activated my nadis using sound frequency.
I noticed I wasnt getting anxious and panicky once in bed thinking about another restless night. It stops the overthinking and anxiety. I dont know whereI would be without it now. Just a suggestion

I'm replying to the thread so that I can access your post. I hope that's okay @SmilingGecko
My workplace seemed to be a good Christian educational environment!
I stress SEEMED!!!!
It became evident to me that it was really just a $ centric place
I ran a team of committed staff who provided learning and whole person support to young people and their families.
We were very successful.
Suffice to say that when our strength became evident we fell victim to some concerted and very cruel efforts to destroy us. In particular me as team leader.!!
I can't go into any more detail here.
But I will say that it was a case of really terrible bullying of me and my team.
The worst thing was that I had confided in the leadership re my struggles with MI and was really the victim of an long-term attack taking advantage of that
In retrospect I should have taken steps to combat it via options available but to be honest I just COULDN'T!
Anyway it was hospital for me and I was told by my psychiatrist and other mental health professionals that I simply couldn't work anymore.
I've really gone on a rant here so will finish now.

@SmilingGecko I did not realise you were ex Salvo. I loved your story about you geophysicist friend.
@Taali I sensed you had had responsible work. Good on you for doing the work, inspite of the poor work culture.
Workplace and social bullying is the pits.
I have had my own experiences in churches, but somehow, I saw it as similar to the good and bad in non church cultures. Lots of stories. Was in church and state orphanages, worked in govt and private sectors. idk. My way of staying alive has been to maintain connection in both secular and sacred sectors and online. Family support for me has always been extremely tenuous. Just had to be independent and resilient, and accept the glimmers where I can find them.
I had a good trip into the city last night for a mental health research project. The organisation and people in the workshop were good, but I also had a few good random aside moments. As I got out at Flinders st station, a guy was playing guitar and singing a song, ... O My Soul ... and I sang along as I was crossing at the lights...looked over at St Pauls where I had often sung (secular choirs). Then trying to get into the building, I met and chatted to a Dutch guy doing meditation courses. It was a nice balancing of spiritual cultures that had been helpful to me at times (not without issues) ,,,, just out there in the world. To top it off, on the way home, a companion dog sat across from in the train, and I was watching it and it started to sing to me, in a gorgeous conversational manner. No barking, only singing. Just made all the impersonal crowded big busy city life a bit more personal and human and good critterly.

@Taali I'm sorry you had to endure such hardship in a christian educational environment. I used to work as an on call integration aide in one of the worst high schools in a notorious northern suburb in Melbourne in the mid 1990's so I know a bit about poor staff morale. The kids were out of control. It was pretty bad the disabled kids would get targetted. It wasnt happy schooling for them. They would hide out in our office as it wasnt safe to play outdoors. They lacked confidence and felt vulnerable around other bullying children. So I do know what goes on. I wouldnt want to be a teacher in this day and age. Just read in The Age the other day about a teacher having a heart attack as a result of classroom behaviour. They are being assaulted, picked on abused and harassed by students. I know what happened to you was traumatic and you had regrets about not taking action but it was your ticket out of an abusive environment. I realise you have put up with you fair share of suffering with MI but you can choose who is in your life and who is not now. But in this day and age who wants to be a teacher the way children are today? Anyway I'm really sorry someone would seek to destroy you and your efforts to secure a positive learning environment for kids. I've had similar happen to me in a different industry but I rarely discuss it with people because its that bad.

@TAB hope you can enjoy a rest day with the TV and that sick feeling passes. Oh no poor older cat, hopefully it's paw is ok and comes back soon.
Definitely lucky to have a place of your own where you don't have to answer to anyone. Well done with getting job, will be good to treat yourself with some luxuries.
I've just got back home from my morning routine, not really feeling it today but need to clean the floors. See what happens i guess.
Take it easy tab's ☺️
