My brother unfortunately seeks the glamours of this world and does not care for people with disabilities. It took me a long time to wake up after I was used to clear his bankruptcy to the tune of $30K and then was callously discarded. I lost contact with him 30 years ago and I must admit he is not a nice person - ruthless and abusive. I never thought my brother would turn out the way he did but I now no longer e-mail him after being stonewalled and ghosted. He was also trying to seize family assets and put me "in a home". I'm better off without him without his middle class aspirations. I am happy without my family I truly am. Well I am about to head off soon. You take care and enjoy the rest of your day.

@Taali oh yes I was! Awake since 3am, if I didn't have my EMDR session in half an hour I'd try going for a nap!

Also I hope I didn't offend you. I know we have differing opinions on a lot of things but I have been wanting to lean more on natural remedies after suffering the side effects of anti-psychotic medication for example. I developed dry mouth which caused serious damage to my teeth and have had probably half my teeth removed. It's too late for my teeth but I am genuinely interested in alternatives.

I have had reiki but it didn't do anything for me, plus I was brainwashed by a former friend who was a bit of a whacko so I became a bit sceptical. Also the traditional Christian sects frown on a lot of "new age" therapy whereas I don't see it causing harm.

just got home @Meowmy massage was really good and I was up to it after all.

new exercise at gym, hips and groin sore ugh 1 legged side step ups like stand one leg on step , one on ground and lift leg on ground up and hold , ha.

Went straight home. thought internet was down. I pushed random button on shortcuts the other day . Turned the internet off. didnt notice as was on wifi toi NBN at home.

it was hot in bigtown, just wanted to go straight home @Meowmy so will finally get pizza for birthday next week lol, got chops and sausages, can have mixed grill.also got a frozen pizza, some squid rings, frozen chips and a garlic bread ok went a bit nuts lol not going to eat it all today.

I should try and ring Tafe to see when next work might be, ie whether sit on on learn to weld classes over school holidays or not ,plus supposed to have 'onboarding' sometime.
