You'll be ok @TAB i've just been out in the sunshine have you been in the sunlight? I find the sunshine very healing and fortifying. I hope your day improves. I know youre not feeling it today. One foot slowly in front of the other tabby. That is the advice I give myself. Relax into your day and allow your body to just be. Its what we older folk have to tell ourselves. Self tolerance and being in a state of allowing

@TAB I just have some old plastic bucket chairs from Bunnings that I face towards eachother. I sit on one and raise feet on the other and absorb the suns rays during healthy UV windows for about 15 minutes.
I saw a presentation that said sunlight works as an effective barrier to EMFs. It does something to the melanin in the skin so its a protective measure from all this EMF soup were swimming in. Theres so much electromagnetic pollution so the sun is very strengthening.
It also enables the body to absorb nutrients and keep your weight down. So thats an added bonus with weight management. Also good for the immune system. I also use it spiritually to clear my soul from people who have hurt me as part of a sunlight meditation put out by a medical medium.
There was a whole book on sunlight and melanin that was recommended by a food technologist I follow that owns a lab I checked the price and the book was over $100! He get sunlight when he exercises, he exposes as much skin as possible and I'm doing the same. Last summer I got plenty of sunlight but you can get sunlight through a sunny window, so if you grass isnt cut go to a window it will do the same thing

Hello @TAB had a shower, just cooked lunch - brussel sprouts, pumpkin, apple, rocket, quinoa salad! It was nice. Got to go to GP clinic for acupuncture later. Have to check out bus timetables in order to get there at my scheduled appointment time

Thank you 😊 @SmilingGecko
I'll certainly look into it.
I find the Chani app quite good for daily guidance
Although I'm not really up to scratch with my knowledge of the phases etc.
I actually had my brother here and spoke to him about a few things that had been on my mind.
All good!!
Hey. I'm just sitting here on my deckchair 'coz he removed my old couch haha 😄
Oh my how roomy is my house??
You going well?
Are you up to anything today?
Be well my friend @Taali 🧡
