Ta very much @Emelia8 'contract' means I am on the books and can be paid. Guess will go back to what I had been doing last few weeks, ie shadowing classes.

so there is no commitment to hours,days whatever. and it expires in 12 mths of after working 400 hrs, whichever comes first.
