You really need a break from what seems to be an ongoing battle with your mental health issues.

I too worry when I have seemed to achieved something positive, like mopping the floor, because I'm concerned that I'm heading for a low. Therefore I don't soak in the feeling of accomplishment

@MissGremlin heysweetheart , sorry to hear about your doctor. Socks re pain medication. It's weird around here before the long weekend ha. The road is busy. Work is busy with people. Ha. Weather is warming up.

Thankyou @Meowmy sweet, it does suck but it's ok cos I've just found a box that was in my medicine cabinet so that will get me through until our next appointment if I needthem anyway. Nothing worse than the business before a long weekend. Weather is warm here today too. Hope the day is treating you kindly sweetheart ❤️.

I hadnt really thought about trip. I should stay somewhere @Meowmy maybe bits of both might to to Wirrabra or further north or stay at peterborough just to walk the streets again or near Port hughes for beach. might just be port broughton for a hamburger . think I want more tho lol

@Taali sweetheart, you are not a narcissist like ex friend. She was a serial user - gave up on her marriage when her hubby was diagnosed with depression. She didn't want to deal with him. Gave up on me when I stopped paying for her kids schooling and holidays/clothing/internet etc etc.

She has no friends and now that her kids are older they will be moving out and leaving her to be a lonely old woman who nobody visits.

Her kids were going to get everything as I had written them into my will to receive 50% each of my house, super, inheritance from both my parents plus my jewellery. One day I might write the kids a letter and let them know what their mother did to their future.

She broke my heart and nearly 4 years on I am only just healing thanks to EMDR and a great psychologist.

@MissGremlin very glad you found a box of pain medicine A lady came to visit the clinic and brought us some Russian food. Which is nice. Just sipping on coffee here.
