My writings must be deceptive for i have been struggling for ages. Since Friday before last to be honest.

i have been to unwell to do anything much, i think i have a couple of days a little breather, i was hoping today be another one but i was badly triggered this morning with something my wife said. And has had me struggling to find my footing back.

My wife, usually not deliberately, can have so little thought my situation. She can find to so hard to realise what she says and does is painful or upsetting to me in how she does that.

Today was one of those days. Always seems to happen when i pick up a little. So tiring.

i think might just bring stuff till i cannot, so know i have at tried. Yesterday i thought i was fine and mopped the floor, i was sick for the rest of the day, but happy the floor was clean at least. Everything i do has a cost it seems.
