Tabaluga's

Have fun @StuF at the pub. Reminds me of collegian football open bars in sultry Queensland when I travelled. Long time ago. Just did the rebounder and not feeling tired. Dont know what I'm doing tonight. Curling up with a pot of soothing tea and a quiet uneventful placid evening lol Turning into a grandma

I love Wu-Wei @SmilingGecko

Hey Tabalugans one and all, how goes it with everyone here today?😀

I just grabbed an extra hours sleep so feeling pretty good right now 😌

I really hope everyone is going well this lovely Saturday morning!

I'm so grateful for the SANE site for allowing us to have a safe place in which to share our troubles and enable us to share our experiences with others who are genuinely interested in learning how we cope!

I was wondering how and who was responsible for starting the site.

I know that it's been in existence for quite some time now and am feeling very "listened to " if that makes sense.

I greatly value the opportunity of sharing my experience and of providing some reciprocal advice and support to others here.

Anyway, I hope you're doing well today and look forward to hearing/reading you here 💗
