Re: Tabaluga's

Yes private health would really drain your budget @Taali but I can understand your need for it. I have extras. I did see the average person cant afford the cost of living pressures now so its not just us with disabilities struggling to get by.

Saw on the news that the average person does not even have a modest emergency fund. I'm using venus retrograde to rework my billing arrangements so the trust can pay. Its really difficult. I'm just on the phone to my ISP service provider to change my billing around. I've always paid my bills myself via Centrepay to take the sting out of it.

I've deleted all hidden recurring payments from my bank account in recent years. I saved myself $80/month. I used Wendi which interfaces with your bank. (Its endorsed by the ACCC) It identifies hidden zombie subscriptions that are draining your bank account. I used it because it was free

Re: Tabaluga's

Yeah @SmilingGecko the main reason I keep my private health insurance is to ensure that I can access private psychiatric hospital services.

It covers most of that.

It's also the reason that i continue to see my psychiatrist.

I really think that given how good my GP and mental health care support worker are i don't need to see him anymore, but only he can refer me to the hospital.

He's very expensive on top of my health cover, but I'm sort of stuck.

You seem to be getting on top of your finances albeit with a lot of effort. Good for you!

Yes, you get the DSP payment one day and it's gone the next.

Re: Tabaluga's

@Taali Yes its hard.

Years ago I was heavily dependent on the public system. I used to get ill easily but was able to move here to this house. Things like moving would upset my mental health. I'm doing much better these days. Havent had an episode in around 20 years. My symptoms were quite bad to begin with and slowly got worse after having a pronounced mood component but I no longer suffer due to the protocols I mentioned. So I dont need access to the system anymore which is good.

I'm planting some potato slips today so will have lots of potatoes soon. I'm getting into the garden more. Will plant more vegetables to try and keep costs down. But having the trust pay my bills directly really makes a difference. The potato slips are a bit soft but not moldy green or mushy so they are ready to plant.

Re: Tabaluga's

Good for you on managing your MH episodes. I'm truly pleased for you my friend.

It's always nice to hear that someone is doing well.

You manage what you can.

Happy planting !

We've been to the park for a little play, although TTT is much more interested in the humans 😄

She's knackered now asleep on my bed.

Take care @SmilingGecko

and all here today Taali 💙

Re: Tabaluga's

@Taali I have been playing around with an app with a free component that does voice analysis to determine health issues you have detected by your voice then converts it into Rife hertz frequencies to customise it uniquely for you. You only get access to the highest and lowest health parameters not broad spectrum healing. I was aware of another Rife machine but it costs heaps and does not easily interface with Apple Macs so I just use free Rife frequencies off You tube and occassionally this app
