Yes easy to do. So simple but effective @Taali I thought he may have pressed his finger into the dan tien but others are saying its the navel. It looks like hes pressing the navel. I tried it in the navel and my stress went away. Was feeling stressed out of my mind since yesterday. The technique worked for me!
Hello @StuF I hope you will be ok. Maybe dont eat things that upset your stomach. If I need to see a GP I will book using HotDoc on my phone app in advance and then cancel if I dont need to see the GP its just a way I secure an appointment and can cancel later if I'm feeling better

Hello @TAB how are you? Feeling a bit tired with mars/saturn at the start of the month + solar return. Making a curried potato salad for lunch. Then a bit of a relaxing afternoon. I've got a couple of free webinars I want to watch in the coming weeks plus a book I want to read. Possibly cant afford the book so may have to do kindle instead to keep costs down. With new moon in Virgo yesterday falling in my first house want to focus more on appearance. Got some great collagen, face lifting and plasma glass skin audio fields courtesy of you tube. 80 year olds are turning back the clock on these. Should be fun to see the result. One lady in her late 30's looks like a teenager listening to these fields.
