fair enough @SmilingGecko I rarely do it anymore, but sometimes count backwards from 20 visualising numbers and becoming relaxed

stand eyes closed , hand palms up. My eyes look different afterwards as muscles have relaxed

@TAB @Taali I was feeling so stressed yesterday with multitasking. This completely takes the edge off and I feel calm and contented able to do my chores.
