Good on you @TAB for striking out with courage to new adventures and work. I imagine it can get tiring. Good that you have a decent mentor and that its part of the culture.
@Taali I am glad you managed to express your self openly with your sister. Family dynamics can be so tricky, but hopefully goodwill shines through for you all.
@SmilingGecko What was the mantra you found. I find them helpful, and also use song lyrics and old prayers. One that is working for me at the moment is Born Free, from the movie about the lion.
@DownMoreThanUp and @StuF hope you dudes are doing well enough.
I have a lunch to got oday, but some of the people I connect with better have cancelled due to colds, so I am ambivalent, but it seems the thing is to keep ... being social.

yeah , neg thoughts creep in when time to get in car again, traffic , cash outlays, not sure how long they are going to go through with this training thing.
guess more of an idea when get to see contract that someone has been sitting on for over a week now.
