@TAB get a sleep mask Tabby, that's what I did last summer. I took down the old curtains and the new ones are sheer and I realised how much light gets in at 0500 each day. Bought a sleep mask until I can afford new curtains.

..something never got around , a sleep mask @ENKELI did lots nightshift in mines, used to take gaffer tape for anywhere light could get through.
My bedroom where I live cant ever be really dark as streetlight outside, filtered only by giant bush, bamboo blind outside and holland blind, cant see light , but cant be truly dark
