@SmilingGecko I bought a book by Caroline Myss and loved how she mentioned the importance of 7 as a number and related aspects of the chakras system and the Catholic sacraments. I found it good food for thought.

@Taali I could not get support from my family ether. Everybody had too much going on and were struggling themselves. Mostly my role was to provide support for them. Family dynamics and individual family histories are variable and complex. I try and appreciate glimmers of hope and anything good floating in the ether. I am trying to keep busy, but not get isolated again or go overboard. I hope the support online here makes a difference fo you.

The support I have received here online has been absolutely invaluable!

I really don't want to have to say to my sisters' that I feel let down or convenient by and to them.

Maybe they'll stop calling on me for support which I think will be even worse

I guess I'd rather be used and misunderstood than risk having no contact at all.

Yep, the Swans won...convincingly!!! No, I wasn't at the game as we had a b'day lunch for my dad. But my sis and bro in law watched it with me at the pub after. And tickets are not cheap for the game! Membership doesn't cover that. And judging by a couple of years back, the prices will just get into stupid territory for the next game.

Anyway, long day out. Pretty knackered!
