just did bit of mowing on really tall grass @Meowmy was to get to wood heap, then mowed around trees, clothesline. blades loose plus have to be replaced.

so axe and bags still outside but am too stuffed atm lol

broke very old thong. was at shops got some from supermkt , same size bottom, but top 3 sizes too small.cant even put them on. another donation for charity shop

rest little bit, put mini porchetta thing on (was reduced) and hydrate think. beenlooking for thingscannot find all morning.

been in confusion all morning

well did washing and hung out, went to chemist, got food at supermarket

Hello @Taali 🌹 xxoo Not much happening here. I walked back from the acupuncturist and now just sitting here with a pot of herbal tea. Learning to strengthen my spleen and stomach with medical Qigong. Sorry to hear youre ruminating, love. I sometimes on some occasions get that way myself but these days its very rare. I've given up hoping that people care and just live for ME. I dont care anymore if I'm not loved or not remembered. A lot of that is fleeting anyway. Just live for yourself honey. You got that nice brand new big couch to relax in to watch TV with your bag of chippies with doggie. I know its hard when you get in a hole. Maybe you might feel better tomorrow? Live for yourself, fill your life with goodness and tell everyone to sod off. That is what I do! lol

@SmilingGecko I honestly just don't think anyone apart from my forum buddies understands the loneliness and horrendous negative feelings I experience

There's my mental health support worker , but in the end she's paid to care, or at least seem to.

I've got 2 sisters who tell me that I'm going great. But they have no idea how hard it is to be me.

Good to call in when I'm needed or to celebrate the up and downs of their lives but not good for anything else.
