@TAB I need to walk but tinea is still giving me problems. Have to get around in sandals so my feet can breathe. Its the worst tinea I've had and it just wont go away. Do you do relaxation massage or is it remedial? Physio sounds good. Sounds like youre still at it. Might go and listen to my teeth audio then cook some spagbol. Is it raining where you are? Heavy rains are set to come through here from your way. I'm assuming its rainy where you are

@StuF @Meowmy gym was good, not many exercises/went quick. I talked physio into letting me do benchpress.
I want to do more than she does, plus a fit 16yo who comes in here lol ha ha
