@SmilingGecko I started using the patches about a month ago. The focus patches I think are helping. The energy ones I pair with the menopause patches and I do find myself feeling more motivated.
That could also be from EMDR too but I am willing to keep using the patches. My psychologist didn't think the ones she tried were working but she did admit to only just starting on them. I forgot to ask her about them on Friday, will try and remember to ask her next appointment.
I would like to try the menopause patches long term without HRT so I might experiment and leave the HRT patch off for a few weeks to see if they work alone.

Sounds good @Meowmy just watching tv here. Cat 🐈 is injured. Something got him last night. One leg sore and eye messy. Kitten turned up this afternoon. Cat ran jumping alongside it sore foot and all .he loves it. I pretended not to notice Kitten it came with my cat to food near me and ate purring then left @StuF
