@TAB Thats ok I thought they may have had you more fully engaged. So you are going there next week? Its quite cold here. I'm just heating up a frittata for lunch. Just checked in with someone I follow on you tube. She's a spinster and has a very comforting presence. She lives in a cottage in North Carolina with her dog. She shares ways to cope with living alone and how she fills her days. She 63 and now retired. Shes a beautiful soul in so many ways and has built a lovely supporting community on youtube. She does a post every thursday and shares a newsletter on Substack. She is very well liked by people who respond to her posts

okay I am 63 and sorta not really retired. yes going there next week they specifically wanted me there Friday so will work around that

@TAB she was planning to work until she was 70 but had a health crisis so she's retired earlier than what she would have liked. She does you tube and substack now. I always look forward to her weekly posts. Not doing much today, just waiting for farmer to get here.

@Appleblossom Thanks for the compliment, I am glad you enjoyed it. Also, thanks for the hypertext advice, I assumed when it replies it sends it to that person as indicated at the top of the reply. I will use the hypertext just in case. Hope you are well. I am just recupering from a nasty bug at the moment - took the last couple of days off as was feeling unwell. I start a new role on Monday morning, which pays a lot more and suits me better. I got the required tickets needed for the job and looking forward to it, much better looked after with the new place too. Have a great day.

Hello @Icaruslanded good to see you on here! I'm still doing the five elements - earth, water, fire, metal and air practice and noticed its changed my appearance!!! I'm looking more whole and integrated. So glad I elected to do it. I started with pore breathing to breathe in the elements then migrated across to Maitreya Fields on you tube which has an audio that balances the elements for you. My elements were out of whack even after having acupuncture on and off. You've also got me back into my meditation routine again after a bout of ill health. I credit you for for providing the cue for me to get back into it. I used to meditate every day but it was impossible with my thyroid. Now I'm well again its part of my daily routine.

Hey @SmilingGecko ! That's so good to hear its working for you. Much of life is about balance, yet we are mostly conditioned to extremes. The secret is usually somewhere in the middle, yet its never talked about. I am delighted to hear you are feeling better now and can physically see the changes. Well done you!
