Be careful with Uber @Bunniekins I never would have thought this but people are getting assaulted and harmed by some drivers. Saw it in The Age. When you think of it they could be anybody. But yes there have been many reports of this occurring. I never signed up to Uber, not because of that as this news is only recent. You may have greater safety in a taxi these days. I hope you dont mind me mentioning this to you. You obviously had a good Uber experience and it was very nice of you to tip the driver. You are a very kind person for doing that ♥️

I'm introducing an extractor smoothie that pulls out all kinds of toxins. Its an elaborate recipe that goes deep into the body. I am keen to give it a try. Heres whats in it:

Advanced Extractor Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 apple, chopped
• 1 cup frozen or fresh wild blueberries, or 1oz pure wild blueberry juice, or 1 tbsp pure wild blueberry powder
• 1 cup fresh or frozen mango or 1 fresh or frozen banana
• 1 cup tightly packed fresh parsley
• 1 radish root
• 2 cups roughly chopped radish greens, loosely packed
• 2 tsps mustard seed powder
• 1 cup of water, coconut water, fresh apple juice, or bottled organic and additive-free 100 percent apple juice

Directions:

Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

@SmilingGecko i use uber for shopping i have never used an uber for taking me anywhere but thank you for the heads up. i tend to get the same drivers and my eldest is a uber delivery driver so i know how hard they work so i like to think someone will do that for him too.:)
