@Taali it takes years of oral supplementation to get the required levels in your body but with topically applied magnesium the uptake is infinitely greater. I love topically applied magnesium!

@Taali forgot to add many of the supps out there have fillers and only a small quantity of whats required in the dosage. Learnt that from several people in the food tech industry. So your supp may be practically useless and putting a financial dint in your budget at the same time

@Taali Shhhh Let you in on a secret. Good brands if you only want oral supplementation that are non allergenic and contains 100% Magnesium are "Pure Encapsulations" and "Vimergy".

These brands dont make much of a profit they want people to heal. The rest of the industry is unregulated and are trying to profit with products that dont have any health benefit

This healer who told us this has to ring around all the manufacturers to find products that are potency guranteed as the market is unethical and fraudulent

The rest of the market is lucky to only have 1% magnesium in it with 99% profit markups.

These brands were recommended to us by a healer who used to work in a vitamin store.

Cant remember how much the topical magnesium Ancient Minerals were, bought it so long ago.

@Taali We have Pure Encapsulations in this country but Vimergy you have to buy from NZ. If you go to the Pure Encapsulations website it will show you how pure and genuine their product is. Its interesting to read how their product is manufactured together with customer transparency in mind. I buy from them locally they have other online vendors that sell in this country
