well I threw one pan @Taali @SmilingGecko stovetop 90% better , still dirty , but will do for today. Back keeps talking to me. Doesnt sound like much, but I didnt stop for around 90mins

Hey @Taali that sounds lovely glad you had a good time with your sister at the footy! Just did some weights this morning want to get a few more light pieces of equipment after watching a physiotherapist do a podcast on osteoperosis. I love doing weights got a few dumbells with multiple uses but will complete the set by next month. You dont need a big gym at home she said. The steps were easy to follow and the equipment you can get on amazon
