oh I was a bit silly , assumed all exercises going up a level, had to go back to old level on the harder ones. seemed a bit advanced, well was for me lol @Meowmy

Think tv day today. perhaps a walk later. had toast w vegemite and with last of peanut paste and low fat cheese. was naughty yest, got garlic bread and frozen chips, plus butter, was try to lose weight for all sorts of reasons. leftover chips gone, left out of freezer, so are ruined. other garlic bread is for birds , will also tip half the butter out, ha, plus not getting peanut paste again in a while. that tiny jar lasted me weeks. usually gone day I buy it lol. not had a real coke in 24 days now lol.guess next step is to get off softdrinks altogether. am doing coke zero

Good Morning @Taali hope things are going your way today. Hopefully that security camera thingy will get sorted out for you. I'm just back in from a walk. Another house just got demolished in my neighbourhood. Ive had tinea for weeks and the only thing that works is taking my socks off apart from using tinea cream. The redness is going down. Damn! Now that I think of it should've posted my census form while I was out. It was a good walk. Got to tackle more housework

I think it sort of got to me because I was feeling that I was on top of everything and then WHAMO! it reminded me that I make stupid decisions.

Threw excess bad food. Lit fire just a few sticks to take chill off the room. Watching tv. Cricket on who knew. Aust getting thrashed by Bangladesh sounds.port Adelaide afl and sanfl will both lose again today. Sick of it. @Taali lol
