Just wanted to say hello here

Mainly because I just had an inexplicable nose dive..

It's amazing how my tired little mind takes over and sends me into a spin

I had my new security camera installed yay I hear you say, but it won't record events. I found after many hours of trying to get it to work I need to put an SD card in.

Didn't make that clear at purchase!

Anyway time and many $ later I've got to buy the damned thing

I'm completely unable to set it up

And that of course has been a trigger for anxiety....

I know it's not such a bad thing but my head goes to that really bad place where I believe or remember that I really f*** everything I go near and it's what I deserve for letting myself think that I was doing well.

Blah blah blah....

So how's everyone else going?

yeah @Taali i and the coat of many colours .. been there, usually bit easier on myself these days, guess not so much at stake or perceptions change

would you like my half size mortar and pestle? or my 1/3rd size wooden mallet ? or tops that dont fit m, shoes, etc etc you name it lol so tempting to go on internet, no humans, huge range .. but so many pitfalls ha ha

Wow @Taali you coped it today. Isn't it horrible how that happens when we buy something but it is incomplete and this has not been spelled out when we bought it? i've had that happen. Please do not incriminate yourself.

It is really very unsettling and frustrating. It is a bit like buying Microsoft windows, or a money-safe without lock. Maddening.

i hope you ended up getting it sorted. i found out that when i get in such a mode i walk away or have a cuppa coffee. Such can really help. Or admit defeat and find someone to help you, i have had to do that more than once in my life.
