Got to bake some crackers out of seeds. Missing some sesame seeds. Will order them now. The supermarket ones have traces of soy and gluten. So dont buy sesame seeds from Woolies. Got delivered a free rough cut opal from someone I know online. Looking forward to meditating with it. There may be online guides for meditating with it from We Love Mass Meditation on you tube @TAB
