Just setting another goal for myself to boost IQ. Have been watching some journalism this afternoon. Since doing IQ enhancement have noticed cognition shifts and instant recall. Will keep doing it @StuF

I felt all warm and bit stuffed b4 started gym @StuF Doesn't take much pump tyres up =like 8 full squats. Change pants ie try 2 pairs and put mine back on and try on 2 shirts .thats a workout for me.
Ok getting hems up on 3 prs pants plus bought new shirt . So should have something for observing class @Meowmy feel it in groin and lower abs
After work out just watching dont want for tomorrow lol

Ah ok @TAB will be a new adventure for you though. Im just waiting for the washing to dry. Tidy up clothing rack in laundry tomorrow
