Going well @StuF have been using a cord cutting audio for the past week and have offloaded a tonne of negative energy I was carrying around. Ties with people places and things that I didnt want any connection with have disappeared from my energy field. Feeling greater lightness of being, happiness and joy. 57 years of living this way all released and let go of. I never though much of cord cutting ritual in the past but using this audio within my aura has facilitated massive shifts in my vitality and wellbeing. Its been instrumental in raising my vibration
