@TAB sounds like you've been at it hammer and tongs today. I havent got up to much really. Got to get back into walking after I get rid of this persistent tinea that wont go away. Am using Rife on it. Rife works better than the cream but will use the cream anyway

well one session has become upper body as 2nd one is hips and knees.2nd one harder lots groin stuff and get told off for knees over feet etc @
