I'm okay thanks, i said some bad things in email to sa ne after someone dobbed me in for not much really, so i escalated a situation that should not have happened. anyhoo, was prepared never to come back

no I havent worked any alternatives out yet really just used to being away from here
had 2 lots gym today, 2 dift places, run by 2 dift physios, ha am completely stuffed
