I am down a few digits by using passive weightloss techniques. The scales have not shifted this much in ages!!! I havent been walking regularly either! It wasnt shifting with walking unfortunately and I was feeling discouraged.
Stimulating the cortisol acupressure points which are 1 inch either side of the navel and 1 inch either side down from the navel to reduce belly fat created by cortisol. As you get older and with irregular sleep cortisol gets activated causing cortisol belly. Heres how you do it it only takes a minute!

Deep theta brainwave meditation. I have got back into meditation again after my thyroid flareup but did see a yoga teacher mention she maintained a size 10 all her life and into her 70's simply by meditating. I use theta brainwave technology off you tube to meditate.

Yeah Right?
I have the opposite problem
My weight has gone down a lot post surgery. Maybe yours will too @TAB
Anyway I hope you're doing okay
As far as I'm concerned unless the weight is a serious health issue. Why worry? And I mean a mental and physical health concern
@Taali 💙
