Never ending

Never ending

There was a point in my life this year that I thought I beat my bpd and I didn't.

For the last couple of months I've been feeling off, and since I've moved out of home it's gotten worse. Do we get support where people come to our homes and help us adjust to life of independencey?

How do we learn to last in relationships.

Re: Never ending

Hey @LavenderSkiez welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling. Honestly, moving house is a really big change! I think it's pretty normal to have an adjustment period, and sometimes that means our mental health can go a bit wonky. I think it can often be related to sense of safety - in a new home environment we are way outside our usual familiar comfort zone, so naturally our resilience is a bit lower, things can trigger us more easily.

I think to get in-home support, usually NDIS is the usual course. Is this an option you've explored at all?

And as for lasting relationships, it's a pretty individual journey and there's not really one answer. Is it something you've been working on, by yourself or with a psych?

Glad you found us, feel free to reach out with any questions you have, and also you can take a look here for some tips & tricks for the forums 😊
